WATER PUMP
Material Inbound
Major parts such as housing, impeller, bearing, seal, etc. are received from the supplier.
Parts Inspection
The quality of the received parts is checked through full or sample inspection such as appearance, dimensions, and material condition.
Seal & Bearing Pressing
Insert and compress the seal and bearing into the body housing in a precise position through the high-precision press equipment.
Hub & Impeller Pressing
Combine a hub and an impeller with the shaft to form a rotating body, ensuring concentricity and rotation precision.
Final Inspection
After assembly, inspect key performance items such as leakage, rotational condition, noise, vibration, etc.
Shipment
Products that have passed the final inspection will be shipped according to the customer's delivery schedule after packaging.
