Cable Cutting
Accurately cut the cable with high-speed cutting equipment according to the set length and specification.
Terminal Crimping
Connect the spark plug and metal terminals connected to the ignition coil at both ends firmly with a high-precision press.
Rubber Booting
To increase insulation and water resistance, rubber boots are put on both terminals and adhered to each other.
Inspection
It is 100% inspected for all items such as appearance, electrical performance, and connection status to prevent defects in advance.
Packing
After unit packaging and labeling according to product specifications, we are ready to ship.
